3 Sustainability

For me, Sustainability has two dimensions. Firstly, it is about the challenge to run the company in accordance with limited environmental resources and the requirements of the general public. Furthermore, it is about the long-term success of the company. Among other factors, this requires a company culture characterized by mutual respect that offers meaningful values for achieving a strong identification with the company.
